He was polite, pleasant, clearly explained what he was doing and was very thorough. He took the time to carefully inspect the area and identify openings that needed attention and attended to them (this has not been the practice of other technicians who have done quarterly visits, usually they refill the bait and seem to consider their task complete). He also explained the need to add additional equipment given the signs he observed. IMO he deserves a 5 star rating and his service was much appreciated and made me feel as if this is a service worth paying for (there have been times that I have doubted this in the past).
